I have over 16 years' experience in the Fitness Industry working as a Personal Trainer and a Studio Instructor.  My specialist areas are Women's Strength Training and Weight Loss, Pre & Post Natal Training and Pilates.

Previously I worked in PR and film distribution. I fell in love with fitness after getting in shape following the birth of my son.  This inspired me to retrain as a Personal Trainer and help others fall in love with fitness.  

I believe if you look after your body both with exercise and good nutrition, it will last a lifetime!

Pilates

Building muscle will boost your metabolism helping you burn more calories at rest and improve your overall health.  A combination of a bespoke strength training programme and a healthy diet with help get and keep you in top shape.

Appropriate strength training in your pre natal period will ensure you are ready for birth and motherhood.  In the post natal period a focused programme will help you recover, restore your core and body back to its old self.

Pilates, with its focus on strength, alignment and flexibility, is beneficial for all levels of fitness.   It exercises the whole body with focus on your core muscles.
